Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and make decisions on incoming loan applications
- Perform manual reviews, fund loans, execute refunds/cancellations, and provide real-time updates to dealers
- Conduct scripted verification and welcome calls with borrowers
- Respond to borrower inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and empathy
- Update borrower information and enroll customers in autopay
- Send payoff quotes, statements, and requested documents
- Handle complaints, disputes, and charge challenges with proper escalation following SOP
- Maintain data hygiene across all systems
- Identify workflow gaps and propose SOP improvements and automation tickets
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
