  • Act as a strategic partner to media and marketing teams, helping to shape campaigns with data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytic best practices and workload prioritization.
  • Promote data literacy and support self-service analytics adoption across business teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics or media measurement.
  • Proven ability to analyze media performance data to inform and influence marketing strategy.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—capable of presenting complex findings in a clear, persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick (DV360), and Kenshoo.
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or similar data visualization platforms).

Other:

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Typical office setting.

  • Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.
  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.
  • Access information using a computer.
  • Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.
  • Effectively cope with stressful situations.
