Skills
- Advanced SQL for large dataset manipulation
- Experience building BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
- Comfort with building and maintaining data pipelines/queries
Responsibilities
- Conduct cross-functional analyses across marketing, sales, product, finance, and compliance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau/Looker or equivalent) to enable self-serve analytics
- Partner with marketing to design and evaluate experiments and measure campaign/channel effectiveness
- Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to recommend product and UX improvements
- Support finance and compliance by evaluating new initiatives and monitoring business performance
- Provide reporting and insights to sales and merchant success teams to improve merchant engagement
- Contribute to strategic projects (e.g., new payment processors, financing programs)
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, queries, and reproducible analyses
- Present findings to leadership in clear, compelling formats that influence decisions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
