Responsibilities
- Deliver recurring business updates and executive-level analyses on partner trends and program performance
- Define scope and requirements for analytic projects, including outcome criteria and success metrics
- Analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements for completeness and feasibility
- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Support to align definitions, data flows, and measurement
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of reporting processes
- Build scenarios and models to support strategic decision-making and forecast outcomes
- Track and manage project tasks through the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- Relevant professional training or certifications in analytics or project management are a plus
