Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise Tableau (or similar BI) dashboards and visualizations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring analyses to answer customer inquiries and surface insights that drive program investment
- Partner with data engineering, data science, and product teams to improve data quality, reduce exceptions, and enhance data pipelines
- Define and document analytics operational processes and support system enhancements to scale reporting
- Collaborate with client success and clinical teams to develop data-driven narratives showing engagement, outcomes, and ROI
- Mentor and support junior analysts and coordinate work with distributed teams under tight timelines
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
