Compensation: $73900 - $110900 / Annually
The Program Manager, Events & Engagement is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Sophiaâs conference and event presence. This role goes beyond logisticsâowning the full event lifecycle from strategy and metrics tracking to marketing alignment, CRM management of leads, and ROI analysis.
