Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a development team, support development and implementation of solutions, collaborate on security best practices, contribute to technical decisions, and monitor team performance.
Skills: Experience in software development, architectural principles, database technologies (SQL), modern development languages (Ruby on Rails, NodeJS), cloud platforms (AWS), and project management tools (Jira).
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-4 years in a leadership role; Cloud Architect/Developer certification is preferred.
