Digital Customer Success Manager

Strata is seeking a Digital Customer Success Manager to lead engagement with a high-volume portfolio of healthcare customers via scalable, tech-enabled strategies. This role focuses on optimizing customer adoption and lifetime value through proactive support, digital outreach, and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Skills

  • Experience managing digital engagement for a high-volume customer portfolio.
  • Strong written communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic and iterative thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms like Salesforce and Pendo.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers using a tech-enabled, low-touch engagement model.
  • Develop and execute lightweight success plans and roadmaps to help customers realize value.
  • Collaborate on the design and rollout of scalable customer success programs.
  • Promote product utilization through educational content, webinars, and in-app communication.
  • Monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities, partnering internally to reduce churn.
  • Serve as the primary contact for account health and resolve complex support issues.
  • Advocate for customers across product, services, and support teams.
  • Facilitate customer participation in events and feedback mechanisms.

Education

  • Background in customer success, digital engagement, or customer marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare industry (provider, payor, or healthcare IT).
