Responsibilities
- Visit client sites across Georgia to support members with their Sidecar Health plans
- Act as in-person support during enrollment and periods of escalated need
- Assist Account Management by building relationships with key client contacts and HR departments
- Provide customer service via calls, web chats, and emails
- Build rapport with members to ensure a positive healthcare experience
