You'll troubleshoot, educate, and advocate for users, ensuring they feel confident and supported at every step. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for clinicians, offering high-quality, real-time support that empowers them to focus on patient care.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution to reduce friction and build trust.
  • Create and maintain internal and external knowledge resources to help clinicians access information and reduce support volume.
  • Analyze support trends, report insights to product and engineering teams, and contribute to the improvement of features and workflows.
  • Continuously improve support systems and operations, optimizing tools and processes to enhance the clinician experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer or technical support, ideally in SaaS or healthcare-related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage and resolve complex issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and empathetically engage with a wide range of users.
  • A proactive mindset, with experience in building documentation, refining workflows, and improving support outcomes.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working cross-functionally to drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
