Responsibilities
- Represent Steer’s voice across social comments and DMs, responding helpfully and on brand.
- Create and publish original short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that feels authentic and watchable.
- Surface and share community stories to highlight customer perspectives and use cases.
- Participate in industry conversations and groups to maintain brand relevance and connection.
- Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and industry voices to extend reach.
- Monitor trends and propose ways for Steer to thoughtfully join conversations.
- Share community feedback and insights with marketing and product teams to inform content and feature priorities.
- Track and report engagement, sentiment, and audience growth to guide strategy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds and demonstrated results
