We’re looking for a Sr. Campaign Ops Strategist to join our Marketing Operations team. This role will be the designated owner for events, partnering with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, and Data to ensure top-of-funnel campaigns across all channels are executed at scale, closely monitored, and optimized for performance.
You’ll drive Tier 1 campaign execution, integrated GTM motions, and funnel stewardship across Grammarly and Coda’s enterprise and education audiences—while building repeatable, scalable processes for field events and strategic events.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future
United States:
Zone 1: $118,000 – $163,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $106,000 – $147,000/year (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $91,000– $126,000/year (CAD)
