As a member of the Steely team, you will be at the forefront of product development, engaging in hands-on work that shapes meaningful solutions. We cater to a diverse clientele, including both government and commercial customers. Our primary mission centers in fortifying VSAT networks and creating custom enterprise software. 

    

Successful candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business objectives.  
  • Ideal candidate must have good interpersonal, time management, and written communications skills. 
  • Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings. 
  • Coordinate with supply chain to support shipping and receiving of goods. 
  • Prepare monthly status updates based on cross-functional team's accomplishments, milestones met, deliverables submitted, and upcoming activities or plans 
  • Review monthly invoicing to ensure accounting and receipts are accurate and complete 
  • Ensure customer deadlines are met, and deliverables satisfy specific requirements 
  • Create and update databases to ensure team's work is accurately documented and maintained in accordance with applicable policies and regulations 
  • Ideal candidates must have good interpersonal, time management, and written communications skills. 
  • Conduct research, analysis, report writing, and report editing for team. 
  • Identifies business opportunities and provides solutions to capitalize on the opportunities. 
  • Facilitates in the Identification of the required skills and talent needed to successfully  

Qualifications

 

Required Skills 

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in multiple areas, including Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations is required. 
  • Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts) 

Preferred Skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a time and to rapidly adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Expert computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related disciplines from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
