Strategic Customer Success Manager, Partners

Spring Health is a fast-growing, clinically-validated mental health benefits provider on a mission to remove barriers to mental healthcare. The Strategic Customer Success Manager, Partners will own relationships with Spring Health’s largest health plan customers, acting as a trusted advisor and cross-functional leader to drive retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as relationship owner, product expert, and primary advocate for a book of large health plan customers
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with health plan leaders and senior executives
  • Align and coordinate internal partners across product, clinical, data science, operations, legal/compliance, and finance
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure contractual commitments and service delivery are met
  • Demonstrate Spring Health’s value proposition tied to customer success criteria and goals
  • Own the full customer lifecycle including implementation, upsells, and renewal strategy
  • Develop and execute timely action plans and engagement campaigns to drive member adoption
  • Prepare and present business reviews and data-driven recommendations to senior health plan stakeholders
  • Collect customer feedback and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes and product fit
  • Provide sales support and enablement as needed to drive expansion
  • Drive variable revenue through targeted member engagement and activation strategies
  • Travel as required (approximately 10–15%)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant degrees in business, public health, healthcare administration, or related fields are a plus
