- 5+ years international experience working with government representatives in the Middle East and/or Europe
- Experience obtaining regulatory approvals and licenses for complex operations
- Project management experience driving aggressive schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (additional Arabic, French, or Russian a plus)
- Knowledge of spectrum policy and radiofrequency technology
- Experience negotiating agreements with government or regulatory entities
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive understanding of market access requirements, timelines, and regulatory frameworks for assigned countries/regions
- Prepare and submit licensing and authorization applications, coordinating necessary internal inputs and reviews
- Drive schedules for initial market access and rapid operational growth, managing critical-path items
- Represent Starlink with national administrations, regulators, legislatures, and regional organizations
- Advocate and negotiate regulatory and policy frameworks to align with business objectives
- Support and educate internal stakeholders on market access requirements and timeframes
- Travel internationally as needed to obtain approvals and activate markets
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
