Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage multi-discipline construction efforts both onsite and in office environments
- Serve as overall construction project manager and primary point of ownership
- Perform project controls including scheduling and cost tracking
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time
- Manage budgetary cost estimates and contract assignments
- Facilitate governmental approvals and coordinate real estate planning
- Support building operations and maintenance coordination
- Adapt to taking on ad-hoc projects as business needs evolve
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
