- Proficient with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
- Familiarity with Linux command line, shell scripting, and debugging utilities.
- Programming skills in Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and test automation.
- Strong root cause analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Security clearance handling and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans for EW and RF products.
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
- Analyze failures during integration, characterization, and system-level testing.
- Perform integration testing across RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded and application software.
- Conduct electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain test equipment and standards to support test readiness.
- Support and perform field testing, including ground and flight tests.
- Utilize data analysis to reproduce and characterize test failures.
- Automate testing to improve coverage, reproducibility, and repeatability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or related field.
