Responsibilities
- Design and develop BAW/BAW-based filters from concept to production, including specifications, architecture, and performance optimization
- Perform advanced EM simulations (HFSS, ADS, COMSOL, CST) to model filter behavior and ensure manufacturability
- Design RF modules integrating BAW filters, addressing layout, packaging, and integration with amplifiers, switches, and antennas
- Develop and execute RF test plans; validate designs with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and VSG/VSA equipment
- Collaborate with process engineers, layout designers, and system architects to ensure seamless system integration
- Create detailed design reports, simulation documentation, and production handoff materials
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to next-generation BAW/RF solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline (required)
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF emphasis (preferred)
