Skills
- Root cause analysis and FMEA experience
- Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Experience integrating sensors and predictive monitoring
- Familiarity with CMMS/MRP/ERP systems
- Data analysis and visualization (SQL, Power BI or equivalent)
- Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and OEM manuals
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize reliability programs including preventive maintenance tasks, asset component lists, and spare parts strategies
- Perform Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis to diagnose and mitigate repetitive/high-consequence failures
- Design and integrate sensors and condition-monitoring systems; configure triggers for predictive maintenance
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from concept through commissioning and ensure design for maintainability
- Define scope and installation requirements for new equipment and utilities; release reliability programs before operation
- Implement KPIs for maintenance and reliability; analyze asset performance data for continuous improvement
- Provide hands-on technical support and lead technicians in repairs of mechanical, electrical, fluid, pneumatic, and control system failures
- Conduct accelerated life testing, analyze warranty/field failure data, and support supplier reliability audits and qualification testing
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (required)
