- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and project management abilities
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Willingness to work onsite, extended hours as needed, and up to 25% travel
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and lead supply chain improvement projects from definition through implementation
- Create dashboards, financial/operational models, and reporting to provide strategic visibility and support business cases
- Analyze operational and supplier data to identify efficiency opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Formulate problems, perform root cause analysis, and design creative, sustainable solutions to operational challenges
- Contribute to roadmap and requirements for ERP tools and supplier-facing portal enhancements
- Define, standardize, and continuously improve supply chain metrics and KPIs
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring stakeholder alignment and customer satisfaction
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science (required)
- Preferred degrees: industrial & systems engineering, operations, supply chain management, or related fields
