Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and operational projects focused on long-term value creation
- Partner with stakeholders across product, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience to scope and implement operational improvements
- Build integrated financial and operational models from scratch to inform strategic decision making
- Develop and implement processes and frameworks to scale operations and reduce friction
- Drive recommendations through to measurable outcomes and support execution with cross-functional teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Open to diverse educational backgrounds if experience demonstrates required skills
