Skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or Python/R)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate space allocations and a plan of record for changes across the Hawthorne campus
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, meet tight timelines, and influence stakeholders across levels
- Use BIM/mapping/CAD tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Revit) to coordinate space planning decisions within and between campuses
- Create and standardize templates and processes to streamline space requests and increase consistency
- Identify operational challenges, perform root-cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions
- Engage leadership and operations teams to align space strategy, utilization, and timelines
- Communicate layouts and plans to engineers and present space strategy to senior leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related discipline
