Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain network security tools and processes
- Manage firewall configurations and policies within the enterprise network
- Provide subject-matter expertise on network security best practices and defenses
- Analyze operational requirements and design secure network solutions
- Apply system patches and perform periodic maintenance on security systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and communicate policies
- Build threat models and assess risk for proposed architectures
- Test and implement changes in production environments with minimal disruption
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years of network security experience
- OR bachelor's degree in information security, cybersecurity, security engineering or related field
