Responsibilities
- Support programs across development, proposal, testing, flight, and on-orbit operations
- Serve as primary customer interface for requirements, reviews, tests, and acceptance
- Develop and summarize technical content, trade studies, risks, and issues for diverse audiences
- Drive process and tooling improvements to meet contract obligations and improve safety/reliability
- Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and per customer expectations
- Design operator UI/UX and ground system architectures using human factors principles
- Create training content, develop curricula, and instruct mission control operators
- Script, test, and deploy simulation components to support high-quality training
- Collaborate with operations, vehicle engineering, software, payload integration, and reliability teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Master's degree in a technical discipline (preferred)

- Base salary range: $95,000 - $130,000/yr (level-dependent)
- Potential 10% differential for active clearances (up to $15,000)
