Responsibilities
- Travel up to 50% to support site installations, validation, and start-up activities
- Lead engineering and technical resources to deliver prioritized projects and 90-day site plans
- Design, develop, and deploy automated solutions for production and packaging processes
- Perform feasibility through full IQ/OQ/PQ validation and hand-off to production teams
- Serve as SME for automated packaging equipment, flow wrappers, multi-combi scales, bag fillers, beverage lines, vision, and robotics
- Integrate systems cross-functionally with Product Development, Quality, Compliance, Operations, and Project Management
- Coordinate with integrators, contractors, and site personnel for installation, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Implement industrial control strategies, SCADA/historian dashboards, alarms, and reporting
- Develop preventative maintenance plans and maintain as-built documentation and drawings
- Support regulatory engagement, staffing, equipment layout, and construction hand-offs for start-up sites
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
- 5+ years of operations and engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
