- EIT license required
- 2+ years experience in stormwater and/or groundwater engineering
- Hydrology and hydraulics analysis
- AutoCAD / Civil3D proficiency
- Permit documentation and regulatory familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet budgets, schedules, and contract requirements
- Analyze data and prepare design documents including reports, drawings, maps, and specifications
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and cost feasibility analyses
- Prepare permit documentation and learn/apply locally approved engineering and water-resource requirements
- Use CAD/Civil3D and other engineering software to develop plans and details
- Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and team members; present to public boards as needed
- Conduct site visits and occasional project travel
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (required)
- Master's degree in related field (preferred)
