Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct preparation of civil engineering design tasks for municipal public works and private land development projects
- Present effectively at client and public meetings
- Maintain project financials, budgets, schedules, and ensure project advancement
- Manage and mentor staff, assign workloads, and resolve project issues
- Prepare scopes and budgets for proposals and contracts
- Maintain regular communication with clients, municipalities, and regional agencies
- Support occasional project-related travel
Education
- B.S. in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related degree (required) or equivalent experience
- Prefer Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain
- 8+ years of relevant Transportation/Land Development experience
