Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycles from concept through closeout for complex data center and network infrastructure projects
- Define project strategies, implementation standards, and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote teams
- Create and maintain project documentation, test plans, and installation procedures to meet client technical requirements
- Act as senior client technical representative and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop Technical Project Leads and internal project resources
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, project scheduling, and project accounting activities
- Identify, escalate, and support remediation of project and security risks
- Develop a remote work culture and processes to maximize project timelines and service windows
- Complete security awareness training and comply with company policies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant industry certifications preferred (BICSI, OSHA-30, Panduit, Cisco CCNA/CCNP)
- Ongoing professional development in data center and networking disciplines
