- Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Proficient in SOQL and Salesforce data modeling

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Knowledge of platform security and permissions
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and custom web services.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Flow Orchestration, and Next Best Action.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to automate lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics.
- Support data model design, ensure data integrity, and execute complex data migrations.
- Maintain platform security best practices including user permissions and field-level security.
- Manage release cycles, testing, validation, and deployment using CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- Perform regular system health checks and proactively troubleshoot platform issues.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce certifications recommended (Administrator/Developer/Sales/Service Cloud)
