- Proficiency in Go or TypeScript with ability to learn both quickly
- Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications
- Strong understanding of system architecture and API design
- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling patterns
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
- Knowledge of observability practices and debugging distributed systems
- Experience with cloud-native environments, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, code-quality and testing practices
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and support teams
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation to improve support workflows and efficiency
- Develop full-stack features including front-end integration with backend services
- Collaborate with support and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Design APIs, data flows, and system components with scalability, reliability, and security in mind
- Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and debugging practices for distributed systems
- Participate in iterative development cycles with clear success metrics and thorough testing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant professional experience (3–5 years) may substitute for formal education
