Responsibilities
- Coordinate flow of orders and materials using standard operating procedures to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate updates, challenges, and resolutions across warehouse and internal teams
- Provide administrative support to warehouse leadership and Customer Success teams
- Enter, manage, and organize order and inventory data in internal systems
- Support shipping, receiving, tracking, returns, and discrepancy resolution, including required paperwork
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and drivers to maintain smooth operations
- Own office paperwork flow and documentation processes
- Assist on ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as needed
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- On-the-job training for internal systems and processes
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
