Responsibilities
- Manage operational readiness, vehicle integration, and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners
- Design and implement real-world validation workflows, data collection, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, partners, test sites) to align program milestones and deployment plans
- Establish and enforce safety protocols and testing best practices to meet regulatory and customer requirements
- Develop repeatable, scalable operational playbooks and frameworks for deployment across regions and vehicle platforms
- Provide actionable operational feedback to engineering to improve system performance and reliability
- Oversee daily on-road testing activities and ensure high-quality telemetry and test artifacts
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Master's degree preferred but not required
