Costumer Assisstant (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, refunds, and account-related questions
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Product) to ensure customer needs are met
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and promotions to offer accurate assistance
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to the customer experience
- Meet or exceed service metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for some industries)
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [specify language(s)]
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
