POSITION SUMMARY:


The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations in leading and coordinating marketing initiatives from concept through execution. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSTENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Project Planning: Capture details around project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.  Develop detailed project plans and manage execution across creative, digital, content, and product marketing teams with Sr. Director.  Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track.

  • Timeline and Process Management: Build and manager timelines in Smartsheet to ensure Marketing projects hit targeted in-marketing dates.  Identify opportunities for improvements for campaign development, creative production, and approvals.  Light budget assistance may be required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:   

Education Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.  3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative environment.

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience:  Ability to demonstrate outstanding organizational skills. Strong knowledge for Microsoft Excel is a Must.  Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must demonstrate passion, energy, and high integrity. Detail oriented. Ability to work independently and collectively across departments.

Years of Job-Related Experience Required:  3+ Years

Technical/Other Skills Required:   Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.; Smartsheet or project management tool experience a plus.
