Skills: Proficiency in financial administration, vendor management, Google Workspace, Excel, and familiarity with financial software systems like NetSuite are required.
Qualifications: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, while a Bachelor’s is preferred; at least 2 years of relevant experience is also necessary.
Location: The position is based at Acelero Learning's Delaware Headquarter Office in the USA and does not mention any travel requirements.
Compensation: $62624 - $62624 / Annually

Your Role:
As the Finance Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day processing of financial transactions, vendor management, credit card reconciliation, tax coordination, and reporting for the Delaware program. You’ll serve as the go-to person for vendor communication, internal financial inquiries, and compliance documentation—playing a critical role in the fiscal health of our early learning programs.
