The role
We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience who’s ready to contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc projects.
You’ll join a collaborative finance team in a supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged. This role offers the perfect balance of structured work and autonomy, giving you hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis while contributing meaningfully to the company’s success. You’ll work closely with the team, gaining exposure to a variety of financial processes and helping drive accurate insights that inform key business decisions.
Where you’ll work
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Irving, Texas, head office. You’ll be in the office three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), with Wednesday being a mandatory in-office day, and work remotely the other two days. Typical hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs.
What you’ll be doing
Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and KPIs.
Assist with annual budget and forecast processes, including data validation and reporting.
Support ad hoc financial analysis projects, ROI calculations, and reporting requests from business units.
Collaborate with other finance and accounting teams to answer questions and provide support as needed.
Efficiently analyze and synthesize large sets of financial data to support decision-making.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting processes.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Positive attitude, motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
