1st shift (United States of America)Responsible for leading a team of Underwriting and Portfolio Management teammates to deliver quality credit analysis, transaction underwriting, and ongoing portfolio management for automotive dealer relationships. Portfolio includes specialized industry needs and structural considerations. Leads the day-to-day operation of the designated team, focused on consistent execution of the credit process, related activities and behaviors. Assumes overall responsibility for all underwriting and portfolio management results within the team. Includes strategic decision making around structure of the team, hiring and recruiting, training need and development, system enhancements, etc. Responsible for executing strategic changes. Actively participates in, and may lead, projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of the portfolio management organization.
