What you will do:
- Employee Support
- **Membership Management**:
- Ensure new memberships are processed.
- Schedule current memberships for recurring services.
- Manage and track technician hours.
- General Office Management and Administrative Support
- Order and maintain general office supplies and uniforms.
- Assist leadership in planning and executing employee events
- Accounting Support
- Manage accounts receivable
- Manage and process employee expense reports
- Manage cash and bank deposits.
- Manage refund processing through ServiceTitan and Midwest Finance Team
- Batch and submit all jobs to accounting by end of day
- Serve as backup for permit pulling.
- Process commissions (temporary responsibility).
