Serco has program management and sustainment contracts supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (USD (A&S)). Our staff will ensure that our nation has the right people, skills, and expertise to support DoD mission requirements. The Department of Defense has more than 158,000 civilian logisticians that fall into one the following four categories: Maintenance, Supply, Transportation & Distribution, and Life Cycle Logistics (LCL). Their functions include sustainment planning, sustainment analysis, reducing weapon system lifecycle costs, assessing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) factors, and development of program documentation.
Serco will work with senior DoD leaders to develop, support, and retain a professional cadre of weapon system logisticians. This includes providing direct support to the Logistics Functional Area Leader (FAL) and the FAL secretariat in support of the Life Cycle Logistics Functional Integrated Team (FIT), various Logistics Functional Community (LFC) Forums, and other senior level meetings as required. You will be part of a team responsible for highly consequential engagements with stakeholders impacting national security and the defense capabilities of the United States. You will work closely with senior leaders and other Serco teams to develop and deliver DoD workforce plans and policy.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $116,326.95 to $189,030.99; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
