IT Business Analyst (Hybrid Work Model)

This position can be filled as an IT Business Analyst or an IT Product Analyst based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

• Contribute: As an IT Business Analyst, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to support feature implementation that aligns with our IT product strategy. In addition, you will:

  • Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team.

  • Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders.

  • Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation.

  • Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and

  • implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement.

• What it Takes:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline preferred. Bachelor Degree preferred.

  • 2 years of related work experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated understanding of business process, insurance products, and customer needs preferred.

  • Proven ability to cultivate respectful relationships with business partners and team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
