Data Analyst ManagerPRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To manage a staff of data analysts; to develop complex reports and analyze company data including Corporate or client specific data; to serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues; to meet with clients on such issues as necessary; to provide training and data analysis education for program staff; and to provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.

Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years business experience in an insurance related field and four (4) years statistical analysis required. Supervisory experience preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ( 82,844.00 - 115,982.00 - 149,119.00 USD Annual). A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
