Responsibilities
- Monitor AMI reports for tampering, communication failures, and zero-usage alarms.
- Analyze and validate automated meter readings for accuracy.
- Generate and track work orders for communication issues, billing requests, and investigations.
- Conduct audits of meter data and support asset verification.
- Collaborate with field crews, billing teams, and water development staff for accurate meter mapping.
- Review GIS and utility maps to verify meter infrastructure location.
- Track meter warranty and lifecycle data and issue replacement work orders.
- Train new staff and support special meter data and analytics projects.
Education
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
