Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Email Administration & Sales Support:
Assist with outbound email outreach to a targeted buyer persona, using existing and building account lists to identify prospects.
Draft personalized emails and use AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) to customize and optimize outreach efforts.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner, ensuring that the top of the sales funnel remains active and healthy.
Help track and manage email responses, ensuring all prospects are nurtured appropriately.
Pipeline Management & Organization:
Keep track of leads and sales activities, ensuring data is accurately recorded in Google Sheets.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring that no leads are overlooked.
Ensure high attention to detail in managing data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Collaboration with Founder:
Work closely with the founder to ensure they have the necessary information and support to close deals.
Provide timely updates and reports on the progress of the sales pipeline.
Follow-Up Management:
Stay on top of follow-ups with leads, ensuring that responses are tracked and acted upon in a timely manner.
Proactively reach out to leads who haven’t responded, ensuring continuous engagement and nurturing.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in sales development, sales support, or similar roles.
Strong email communication skills, with an excellent command of written English.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) to customize and optimize sales outreach.
Experience with organizing and maintaining sales data in tools like Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
