The Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for calling, negotiating, and closing real estate opportunities. This sales-driven role involves managing outbound and inbound conversations, requiring strong B2B communication skills, negotiation confidence, and a professional tone. The position includes engaging with agents, aged MLS listings, and inbound seller inquiries to identify high-quality opportunities while maintaining disciplined daily calling, follow-up management, and CRM organization.
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
Conduct daily outbound calls to real estate agents to uncover off-market, distressed, and fixer-upper opportunities.
Call MLS listings on the market for 21+ days to assess seller motivation and price flexibility.
Build and maintain agent relationships to gain early access to deals.
Maintain an organized follow-up pipeline for continuous deal flow.
Inbound Call Handling
Handle inbound calls from agents and sellers promptly and professionally.
Gather property details, assess motivation, and qualify opportunities based on investment criteria.
Provide a strong first impression and guide conversations confidently.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
Negotiate with agents and sellers to secure favorable terms.
Present offers clearly and confidently.
Understand property condition basics, ARV considerations, and repair estimates (training provided as needed).
Assist in securing verbal agreements and advancing deals toward contract.
Pipeline, CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses inside the CRM.
Track follow-ups, conversations, and next steps with discipline.
Communicate deal progress, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
Collaborate with the team during daily touchpoints via Discord.
Internal Collaboration
Participate in two daily internal meetings for updates, strategy alignment, and performance review.
Share insights on agent conversations, market feedback, and deal opportunities.
Experience
Previous B2B sales experience is required.
Real estate background preferred (acquisitions, wholesaling, ISA, or agent-side experience).
Experience with negotiation, high-volume calling, or building B2B relationships.
