Role Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Research: Identify and research potential leads, focusing on e-commerce companies in need of logistics and shipping solutions.

Lead Database Management: Ensure accurate lead information is captured and maintained in the CRM, segmenting based on industry, need, and potential value.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Reporting: Track and report on the progress of lead generation activities, sharing insights with leadership on lead quality and conversion potential.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industries.
Research Skills: Strong ability to identify and qualify leads through various online platforms and databases.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and organize lead data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
