They are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically-minded eCommerce Growth Marketer to join their remote team. This role will provide critical operational support to their marketing and eCommerce initiatives, working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to execute day-to-day operations and optimize performance across multiple channels.

Role Overview
As an eCommerce Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the business through performance marketing, eCommerce operations, email marketing, and various data analysis tasks. You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Data Analysis: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
Dashboard Management: Support process optimizations with marketing performance dashboards to automate reporting processes.
ROI Analysis: Calculate and track key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and AOV.
Google Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics to interpret data trends and performance.
Email Marketing Ops
Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email campaigns via Klaviyo based on strategic direction and objectives.
Flow Setup & Testing: Set up A/B tests for email flows and monitor performance.
List Management: Conduct list cleaning, segmentation, and audience building to ensure effective targeting.
Performance Optimization: Analyze email metrics and implement optimization recommendations for better engagement and conversions.
eCommerce Ops Support
Shopify Support: Support with routine Shopify updates, including product uploads, inventory coordination, and basic site maintenance.
Product Setup: Build new product pages (PDPs) for launches, optimize product descriptions and imagery.
Site Optimization: Implement basic improvements and content updates based on direction from the team.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth operations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Subscription Platform Management: Manage day-to-day subscription platform operations and resolve technical issues.
Customer Portal: Update subscription offerings, promotions, and customer communications.
Reporting: Generate subscription performance reports and churn analysis to enhance retention strategies.
Affiliate Marketing Support: Execute affiliate outreach campaigns and manage communications with direction from the team.
Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance and commission payments, supporting ongoing analyses of channel effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related operations roles.
Experience with performance marketing campaigns and analytics.
Technical Skills
Platforms: Proficiency in Klaviyo, with experience in Shopify and TikTok Shop being a plus.
Analytics: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with Google Analytics.
