The Creative Content Specialist will transform each podcast episode into a powerful, far-reaching digital experience across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. This role owns all short-form video output, organic distribution, and the emotional look and feel of the storytelling clips. You will distill long-form, memoir-driven narration into gripping 8–60 second cinematic micro-stories that spark obsession, sharing, and community growth. This role does not include audio mixing, which is handled by the Audio Producer.
Edit 90–100 short-form clips per month using audio and video provided by the host and Audio Producer.
Create emotionally charged, scroll-stopping clips ranging from 8–60 seconds.
Add captions, subtitles, zooms, text emphasis, and cinematic pacing.
Select and execute strong hooks, ensuring the first 1–2 seconds capture attention.
Export platform-optimized versions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
Publish 3+ reels per day across platforms.
Write captions aligned with the brand’s cinematic, emotional, raw, and intelligent tone.
Select hashtags and descriptions that match the emotional and narrative intent of each clip.
Maintain a consistent 7-day posting cadence.
Engage with community comments daily.
Identify high-impact lines, emotional beats, cliffhangers, humor, and dramatic moments within each episode.
Pitch weekly clip ideas to the team.
Build and maintain a clip library of the strongest moments for ongoing use.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s standards of high emotional intensity, cinematic aesthetic, and elevated storytelling.
Avoid cheesy or guru-style content.
Collaborate with the team to maintain grid cohesiveness and overall visual consistency.
Monitor viral trends and adapt formats while staying true to the brand’s voice.
Experiment with hooks, pacing, and creative direction.
Identify which emotional moments resonate most strongly with the audience and refine content accordingly.
Experience creating cinematic short-form content for social platforms.
Experience transforming long-form narrative or storytelling content into short-form clips.
Experience managing high-volume content output and consistent publishing schedules.
Expert short-form video editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci.
Strong instinct for emotional storytelling, narrative tension, and pacing.
Deep understanding of social-first pacing and virality mechanics.
Ability to identify compelling hooks and emotional beats quickly.
Highly organized with the ability to maintain consistent output and content libraries.
