Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients and accountants.
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain client records and update information as necessary in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and client satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
