Position Overview:
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests and students, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining the high standards of service that Tricoci University is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and students upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, providing detailed information about programs, services, and appointments.
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for beauty services and university tours.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and manage appointment details.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities to support university operations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related fields is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and effective multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr.
