Responsibilities
- Review credit applications, credit reports, trade references, and financial statements within assigned guidelines.
- Evaluate existing customer credit files to promote sales growth while managing risk.
- Communicate with customers to obtain financial information and negotiate credit terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share credit review results and provide necessary guidance.
- Determine deposits and terms for custom orders and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and report on specific customers and customer segments.
- Maintain accurate customer account information in company databases.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
Education
- Equivalent education or relevant credit/account receivable experience
